https://forms.gle/xiSzV3eewNdkDa3F7Ingredients: 1/2 can pumpkin puree, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup vegetable oil, 1/3 cup water, 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg, 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, a pinch ground cloves, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour, pinch of salt, 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar, a pinch of ground ginger
Optional Cream Cheese Topping: 1/2 cup butter, 8oz cream cheese, 3 cups confectioner sugar, 2 tablespoon vanilla
Tools: Measuring cups, measuring spoons, loaf pan (or similar dish), 2 medium sized mixing bowls, 2 mixing spoons, fork or whisk, and toothpick or knife
Age Level: All ages- younger kids may need adult supervision working oven
