UCI Zoom Subscription Upgrades
The University of California has a contract with Zoom which allows negotiated pricing for upgrade subscriptions to allow for larger meetings and/or webinars. Use this form if your account is on https://uci.zoom.us or https://uci-hipaa.zoom.us. If you have an account on https://ucihealth.zoom.us or any other Zoom provider, please contact your help desk for assistance.

Please review the differences between a Zoom Meeting license upgrade and a Zoom Webinar license upgrade BEFORE submitting your request:

Upgrade subscriptions can take up to 2 weeks to process. If you need the license sooner, consider a Temporary Upgrade License in addition to this purchase request form.

OPTION FOR A TEMPORARY UPGRADE LICENSE
If you need a license upgrade for a one-time event or events that occur once a month or less, temporary license upgrades are available.  Follow the link below for more information and the request form for a temporary upgrade - https://forms.gle/77jSWEwBPaicoQSKA
