Speaker Application for the 2021 Wasatch SIAM Student Conference
The SIAM student chapter at the University of Utah is excited to announce it will be hosting this year’s virtual Wasatch SIAM Student Conference. The aim of this conference is to cultivate connections amongst early career applied math students, researchers and faculty members from universities along the Wasatch front and the state of Utah.

This form is for graduate and undergraduate students from any college or university in the state of Utah who is interested in giving a talk at this year's conference. Those who are only interested in attending the conference should fill out the General Registration form here: https://forms.gle/KBdWCu2AuoP6EA3DA. Graduate students whose applications are accepted will be given a 30-minute time slot with the ask that 5 of those minutes be allotted for audience questions. Undergraduate students whose applications are accepted will be given a 15-minute time slot with the ask that 3 of those minutes be allotted for audience questions.
