The SIAM student chapter at the University of Utah is excited to announce it will be hosting this year’s virtual Wasatch SIAM Student Conference. The aim of this conference is to cultivate connections amongst early career applied math students, researchers and faculty members from universities along the Wasatch front and the state of Utah. The conference will consist of a series of informal presentations, as well as engaging talks from industry professionals. Graduate and undergraduate students are especially encouraged to apply and present an introduction to their research interests to spur discussions between unacquainted attendees.
Registration is free and open to all individuals who are affiliated to a college or university in the state of Utah. Those who are interested in applying to give a talk should fill out the Speaker Application form found here:
