This form does not save and takes about half an hour to fill out by both student & parent. Please start the form when both student and parent have the time and have fully read the Adult Mentor Roles at www.ftcroboticsedina.com/adult-roles. The purpose of this form is for students in 7th-12th grades, in any Edina Public School, to express COMMITMENT to the FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC) Robotics teams. This form should be filled out by both a student and their parent. PLEASE NOTE: This is not school funded or coached.  Edina Public Schools provides meeting and work space. Parent volunteers coach the teams. Teams are formed with 6-10 students,  will need a team purchaser, a coding mentor, AND an engineering mentor.  At the moment all meetings and tournaments are planning to be in person.

Creative ​$450 per person + $95 EHS Activity fee

Competitive $520 per person + $95 EHS Activity fee

All In $600 per person + $95 EHS Activity fee

Scholarships are available on a first come, first serve basis. Check the following box if you are in need of a scholarship, which is completely confidential. You will receive an email confirming that you were awarded a scholarship.

Your dues pay for a student and participating adult shirt. You may also order additional shirts for $20 each (adult sizes only). Please list any addition shirts with size (S-3XL) below and include the cost in your dues payment.

3. Bring a check to your first meeting made out to Edina Robotics Foundation with “FTC dues” in memo line for: $450 Creative, $520 Competitive, $600 All In + $20 each for any extra t-shirts you ordered
4. Bring 6 Additional forms printed from website & signed to your first meeting
5. Adult Mentor will need to complete a background check with Edina Public Schools. Look for an email from Trusted Employees in early Sept.
