亞答屋場地租借 Rumah Attap Venue Rental: Step by Step
1. 了解我們的租借規範是否適合您的需求 (見以下場地租借須知,空間照片:

2. 於活動舉辦至少兩週前,填寫申請單(

3. 收到申請單後,場地管理人將於1-2日內聯繫申請人,確認租借細節與金額,請耐心等候。
4. 租借細節談妥後,請預先付款,並呈上匯款記錄。

租借須知 Rental Guidelines
1. 亞答屋是由志工協力營運的非盈利圖書館,以推廣閱讀、促進文化交流和知識討論為目的。我們的設備和服務無法和專業出租單位比擬,並以活動性質與亞答屋相符為主要考量。
2. 場地租借以「非開館時間」為主,以維持圖書館的正常營運。開館時間為週六、日下午1點至5點。
3. 租借分為商業與非商業用途,價格如下:
- 商業租用(1小時RM200,3小時RM500,投影機使用另加RM200)
- 非商業租用(3小時RM100,投影機使用另加RM50)
4. 亞答屋鼓勵在籍學生免費使用空間舉辦讀書會或討論會,唯須事先接洽討論借用時間。
5. 租借配套包含:場地使用(冷氣),Wifi,椅子約30張,麥克風,音響
6. 租借配套不包含:投影機及電腦(可租),場地佈置、還原與清理,活動宣傳。
7. 租借單位若有攜帶外食請提前通知,將酌收RM20清潔費,恕不提供餐具。
8. 租借單位應善盡場地使用責任,活動結束後將場地清理乾淨並恢復至原來狀況。租借期間如有設備/器材人為損壞或館藏遺失,由租借單位負責修復或負擔損害賠償責任。
1. Rumah Attap is a non-profit independent library run by volunteers to promote reading, cultural exchanges and intellectual discussion. Our rental facilities and services are not on a professional level, and we mainly take into consideration whether the events/activities are in line with the nature of our work;
2. We give priority to venue rentals outside of operating hours, so as to maintain the normal operation of the library. Operating hours: Sat & Sun 1pm-5pm;
3. We have commercial and non-commercial rates:
- Commercial: RM200/hr, RM500/3hrs; projector rental with additional RM200
- Non-commercial: RM100/3hrs; projector rental with additional RM50
4. Rumah Attap encourages students to use the space free-of-charge for reading discussion or seminars, but it is subject to availability;
5. Included in your rental: Space use with air-con, Wifi, Chairs (about 30), Microphones, Sound system;
6. Not included in your rental: Screen Projector & Laptop (available for rent), Publicity, Setting up of venue, After-event cleaning;
7. Hirers have to notify earlier for food consumption in the library, and an addition RM20 cleaning fee will be imposed if such. We don’t provide kitchenware and utensils;
8. Venue hirers should make responsible use of the library. The space should be left in a clean and tidy condition after use. Any man-made damages or loss of the assets of Rumah Attap during the time of hire, the cost of repairs and liability for damages will be borne by the hirers.
