On certain days, I am willing to deliver Chick-fil-A to the Greencastle Antrim School District.

This will work best:
-if you find a point person at your location that's willing to receive the orders.
-if everyone ordering can see this form and give their order to the point person (NOT THROUGH THIS FORM).
-if your point person fills out this form with the grand total amount.
-if your location collectively gives money to the point person so they can give it to the delivery person.

CFA doesn't want a mass amount of fries being cold or drinks to be watered down, so lunches will contain:
-Entrees
-Sides
-8oz bottles of sauces

The drinks you can choose from will be:
-Sweet Tea
-Unsweetened Tea
-Lemonade
-Diet Lemonade
