Approved bookings will be processed through our iPal booking site. Any credit you have on your account can be used towards a booking. You can also request credit to be withdrawn by emailing us.
We have not chased any outstanding balances during lock-down.
If you have an outstanding balance this is still due & payable, and will be factored in to your new booking. This includes balances from our previous booking system (Childcare-Online Booking CoB) which may not have bee added to your new account before lock-down due to our staff being furloughed.
