Terms & Conditions: 

• After the registration is completed, registration will be confirmed by Whatsapp from SENSE PRODUCTION GROUP LTD.  
• Only accept payment in CASH on 22 NOV 2023 and fee will be collected on the day of photo-taking.
• Time for photo taking is around 5 - 10 mins (not including the time of waiting).  Date and time arrangement will base on your preference .  SENSE PRODUCTION GROUP LTD reserve the right to change the date, time & venue of photo taking.
• Participants please make sure their own full set of CUHK’s academic gown is available for photo-taking before making an appointment.
• Participants are required to wear their own full set of CUHK’s academic gown for photo-taking.  Certificate will be provided as a prop for photo-taking.  Photo preview, make-up service or facilities will NOT be provided.
• Each pose of group is for 6 persons at maximum (including the participant).  If the participants and/or their companions refuse to comply with this and affect the quality of photo-taking adversely.  CUHK and the respective studio will NOT bear any liability and there will NOT be any arrangement on refund, photo-retaking refund and/or any kind of compensation.
• Free courier only provide in our office courier area list. Over the area list need to extra pay the courier charge.
• Photo will be directly mail to all participants’ office address on 2 January 2024.  Details will be informed by email.  If participants’ postage return to our office, they may go to Chai Wan SENSE PRODUCTION GROUP LTD's studio to take the photos.
