Every once in a while we are hearing from our colleagues concerns about Equivalency Certificate.  This happens as not all company are requiring it but as time passes, each of them starts imposing the said requirement.  When this gets imposed by a company, most of the time, that's the only time we take action.  Some companies can wait for their staff to complete the process but on the other hand other companies don't want to take risks, and therefore have an adverse effect to the ones who are not ready for this.
