Mock Interviews: During these half day sessions, groups of 30 volunteers will run 20-30 minute mock interviews with 15/16 year olds.
CV Workshops: Volunteers help to support and enhance young people’s CV writing skills to increase their confidence of promoting their employability.
Enterprise Challenge Days: Volunteers support groups of young people as they create and present their own start-up business ideas.
Mentoring: Mentors supporting students via regular in school 1-2-1 or 1-2-many sessions. (It is compulsory for all 1-2-1 mentors to have a current DBS Check).
Careers: workshops and talks: Volunteers presenting to groups of young people in the school setting based on their own journey, experiences and knowledge of their industry/role/career.
Careers: Industry Days: Could you open your business doors for a visit from local primary and/or secondary school students? Students would typically speak to your staff and possibly tour your site.
Work experience: digital or live opportunities for students aged 15-18 (2 hours - 1 week)
