■キャンセル料について ／Cancellation fee
・前々日までのキャンセル：キャンセル料は不要です。
／Cancellation up to 2 days before：No cancellation fee is required.
・前日までのキャンセル：予約代金の50%をいただきます。
／Cancellation up to the day before：50% of the reservation fee will be charged.
・当日キャンセル：予約代金の100%をいただきます。
／Cancellation on the day：100% of the reservation fee will be charged.
・無断でのキャンセル：予約代金の100%をいただきます。
／Cancellation without notice：100% of the reservation fee will be charged.

■予約時間の遅刻について ／About being late for the reservation time
ご予約時間に遅れる場合は、お早めに店舗へご連絡をお願いいたします。 なお、無断遅刻が繰り返された場合、次回のご予約をお断りすることがあります。ご迷惑をおかけしますが、何卒ご了承ください。
／If you will be late for your reservation time, please contact the store as soon as possible.
In addition, if you are repeatedly late without notice, we may refuse your next reservation.

 ご乗車前に、体調の優れないお客様はご乗車をお断りすることがあります。 その場合は、キャンセル料は頂きませんので、別の日程での振替をご希望の場合は、お気軽にお申し付けください。何卒ご理解とご協力をお願いいたします。
／Before boarding, customers who are not feeling well may be refused boarding.
