Please note that FNMS Bicycle Permits are only valid for the school year they were issued. This means students must complete this Application and Safety Quiz every year you wish to have a bicycle permit for our campus.

After you have reviewed the Bike Safety instructional materials, you will complete the FNMS Bicycle Safety Quiz.   

Please remember that in the state of California, you must be at least 16 years of age to ride a Class 3 E-Bike. If your child has a Class 3 E-Bike, parents must attest that it has been adjusted down to a Class 1 or 2 setting with a maximum speed of no more than 20 MPH.
