SHOW INFO- Both shows are rated and licensed by USA Working Equitation (USAWE)
FORMAT- Two shows, one show each day. Two rings. You will ride your dressage test first in the California Heritage Arena, under one judge, then proceed to ride your EOH course in the Outdoor Arena under the second judge. The judges will swap locations on the second day. L1 will ride their EOH course in the Indoor Arena.

MANDATORY SHOW FEES-
L1 Entry Fee: $200
L2-L7 Entry Fee: $225
USAWE Show Fee Per Horse $4
CA Drug Fee $14.00
Office Fee $20
Photographer Fee $22/per show/horse
ADDITIONAL FEES- Late Fee if signed up after the closing date $20
HORSE RECORDING- All horses competing must be recorded with USAWE in advance of the show. A one time fee of $30 per horse includes lifetime performance tracking.
STABLING & ACCOMMODATIONS-
Stabling Flat Fee $100 (covers Thursday-Monday)
Shavings $15/bag
RV Parking $45/night
Haul In Fee $25/day (Please consider hauling in if possible. Stabling is limited.)

PAYMENT- Paypal invoices will be sent out May 8th and 9th and will need to be paid within 48 hours to maintain your entry spot. If you would like to avoid paying the PayPal transaction fee, checks will be accepted so long as they are postmarked by the closing date and you notify us that you will be sending a check.
REFUNDS- After the closing date, refunds will only be granted if there is someone on the waitlist to take your spot OR if you have a letter from your veterinarian.
INTRO RIDERS- Intro level riders EOH phase will take place in our indoor arena. Schooling in the indoor arena will be available on Friday before the course is closed (usually around 3pm)
Intro Level clinic will be held on Friday, taught by S Judge, Rebecca Algar.
DIRECTIONS-Visit our website www.ecfwe.com for directions to the farm. NOTE: Please do not enter ANY automated gates when you arrive. Follow website directions carefully through the back gates to show parking and stabling. El Campeon Farms

DOG POLICY- Please leave your dogs at home. While dogs are permitted we ask that you only bring your dog if no other option is available. Dogs must be on a leash at all times. Any dog /pet that disrupts an exhibitor’s round will be required to pay the exhibitor their entry fee. Dog owners will be held financially and legally responsible for any injuries or damages caused by their pets.
FARM ACCESS- Gates will be open from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, Friday and 6:00 am to 6:00 pm Saturday and Sunday. ABSOLUTELY NO after hours arrivals are allowed unless you have made prior arrangements with the show manager, Christy Reich (310) 729-5105.
Competition Requirements
This show will be conducted and judged in accordance with the United States Rules for Working Equitation, Revision 7.2, dated 20 March 2024. The rules can be found at the following site: https://usawe.org/rules. It is the competitor’s responsibility to read and understand the rules prior to the competition.
NOTE: THERE ARE NEW DRESSAGE TESTS FOR 2023.
A single horse and rider team is allowed to show in only one level. A horse may be entered twice in a competition if ridden by two different riders and in different levels. Exception: Two youth can share the same horse if competing in Level 1. See Rulebook, Section 1.7.
