ACM SIGMETRICS aims at supporting with a new initiative the career of talented young researchers in performance evaluation of computer and communication systems. Continuing from last year, extended abstracts presenting the profiles of job market candidates (for postdoc, faculty positions, research labs, and industry) who have recently concluded (or are about to conclude) a PhD degree in a subject relevant to the SIGMETRICS community will be considered for publication in the Performance Evaluation Review (PER) newsletter. PER (

Job candidates who wish to be included in an upcoming PER issue that will feature these profiles should initially submit an expression of interest through the form at
https://forms.gle/buJ6HPEijEiUDezg8 by no later than September 26, 2020 AOE, followed by a submission of a full profile in PDF format (maximum 4 pages) by October 15, 2020 to the PER editor (Zhenhua Liu,
zhenhua.liu@stonybrook.edu). Notification of acceptance will follow on or before October 29, 2020.

Profiles should include the candidates' thesis title, research summary, brief biography, and citations to three representative papers, as well as links to each candidate's homepage and CV. A template file to prepare the submission is available at:
