Here at Nottingham City Council we have been working hard to try and and improve the metering and billing services that we offer to our customers on the District Heat Network. 

With our upcoming Estate Upgrade commencing in 2023, we would love to hear your thoughts and feedback on how we can improve our services and your experience!
