Domestic Customers on the District Heat Network will receive a Smart Meter Upgrade which comes with an online account and a variety of new top up options. Prior to the upgrade, we have to ensure that customers details are correct and their current balance is accurate. In order to do that, we are asking current customers to provide us with the information that we need. If we don't have up to date and accurate information, then customers may be charged for a previous customers consumption and we may not be able to contact you to arrange your upgrade.

-Address
-Post Code
-Contact Details
-Move in Date
-Move in Meter Reading (if possible)
-Current Meter Reading
