Job Title: Expansion Executive
Location: Lagos, Oyo, Enugu, Port-Harcourt, Abuja


Job Description


1. Expansion Plan Achieve the goals set out in the assigned expansion plan, while optimizing the use of company resources.
2. Prepare business case for all expansion businesses.
3. Ensure that all selected outlets meet defined location characteristics
4.Ensure that Economic assessments are within established parameters o Integrate business case to the business file
5. Leasing renewals and Negotiations Negotiate leases
6. Estimate the refurbishment value and use the investment in the outlet as advantage during negotiations.
7. Ensure that the leasing policy is respected.
8. Integrate contract to the business file.
9. Coordination with different areas Ensure proper coordination and handling of all contracts accordingly
10. Coordinate the business’ refurbishment and equipment with the Building and Maintenance Department.
11. Coordinate the date of business opening with the HR, Sales and Purchasing Teams.
12. Other o Comply with the lease renegotiation plan for the core businesses.
13. Execute the business closure plan if necessary
14. Comply with the expansion processes and protocols. o Follow-up on developments in the expansion, maintenance and contract renegotiation plans (update expansion plumbing).
