Sahne I. Uluslararası Karma Resim sergisi 30 Ağustos 2023 tarihinde,
Kahramanmaraş’ta düzenlenecektir. Serginin amacı 6 Şubat deprem i sonrası
şehirdeki psikososyal destek faaliyetlerine kültürel bir katkı sağlamaktır.
Katılım Şartnamesi
Ø Katılımcıların
görsel sanatlar üzerinde en az lisansüstü programlarından birinde öğrenim
görüyor veya mezun durumda olması gerekmektedir.
Ø Eser
gönderiminden önce çevrimiçi “Başvuru
Formu”nun doldurulması gerekmektedir.
Ø Sergide
konu ve teknik serbesttir.(Tuval üzerine yağlı boya, karışık teknik, fotoğraf ,
baskı vb.)
Ø Toplumsal,
Milli ve Kültürel değerlere aykırı çalışmalar sergilenmeyecektir.
Ø Çalışmaların uzun kenarı 150 cm. den
büyük olmamalıdır.
Ø Çalışmalar
sergilenmeye hazır şekilde teslim edilmelidir.
Ø Eserlerin
en geç 21
Ağustos 2023 tarihine kadar teslim
edilmesi gerekmektedir.
Ø Katılımcılar,
eserlerin boyutuna göre, en fazla iki
eserle sergiye katılabilirler.
Ø “Eser Bilgi Formu”nun doldurularak
çalışmaların arkasına yapıştırılması gerekmektedir.
Ø Kargoda
yaşanabilecek aksaklıklardan ve/ veya
meydana gelebilecek hasarlardan sergi düzenleme kurulu sorumlu değildir.
Eserlerin geri gönderimi sergi bitiminden 1 hafta sonrasında başlayacaktır.
Ø Eserlerin
gönderim kargo ücreti katılımcıya aittir. Sergi bitiminde eserlerin geri
gönderim ücretleri tarafımıza aittir.
Ø Eserlerin
satılması durumunda, sanatçı tarafından belirlenen bedelin %20si Açık Sahne
Sanat Akademisi Derneği öğrencilerinin eğitim giderleri için derneğe bağış
olarak aktarılacaktır.
Ø Sergi sonunda e-katalog hazırlanacak ve katılımcılara Katılım Belgesi verilecektir.

EXPO - Open Stage 1st
International Group Painting Exhibition will be held on 30 August 2023 in
Kahramanmaraş. The exhibition aims to make a cultural contribution to the
psychosocial support activities in the city after the 6 February earthquake.
Participation
Specification
Ø Participants
must be studying or graduated from at least one of the postgraduate programs in
visual arts.
Ø The
online “Application Form” must be
filled before submitting the work.

Ø Subject
and technique are free in the exhibition. (Oil painting on canvas, mixed media,
photography, printing, etc.)
Ø Works
contrary to social, national, and cultural values will not be exhibited.
Ø The
long side of the works is 150 cm. should not be greater than
Ø The
works should be submitted and ready to be exhibited. Works that are not ready
for exhibition will not be accepted.
Ø The
works must be delivered by August 21, 2023, at the latest.
Ø Participants
can participate in the exhibition with a maximum of two works, depending on the
size of the works.
Ø The
“Work Information Form” must be
filled and affixed to the back of the works.
Ø The
exhibition organization committee is not responsible for any disruptions and/or
damages that may occur in the cargo. The return of the works will start 1 week
after the end of the exhibition.
Ø The
shipping fee for the works belongs to the participant. At the end of the
exhibition, the costs of returning the works belong to us.
Ø In
case the works are sold, 20% of the price determined by the artist will be
donated to the Association for the education expenses of the students of the
Open Stage Art Academy Association.
Ø At
the end of the exhibition, an e-catalog
will be prepared and a Certificate of
Participation will be given to the participants.
