WIMSIG Mentor Expression of Interest 2021
Thank you for your interest in participating in WIMSIG's 2021 Mentoring Program. This form is intended for persons willing to mentor WIMSIG members. This does not exclude you from becoming a mentee. If you would like to be a mentee, please additionally fill in the "WIMSIG Mentee Expression of Interest" form at https://forms.gle/5na2z9o8c8M1RaLk9.

The answers that you provide in this form will be used to match you with appropriate mentees. Your responses will be read by members of the WIMSIG Mentoring Program Committee and, possibly, the WIMSIG Executive Committee but will otherwise be kept confidential. Please note that mentoring pairings are subject to availability, and filling out this form does not guarantee that you will be placed into a mentoring pairing.

Responses must be submitted by Friday 25 June to be considered for inclusion into the program.
