WIMSIG Mentee Expression of Interest
Thank you for your interest in participating in WIMSIG's Mentoring Program. This form is intended for women and nonbinary members of WIMSIG seeking a mentor. This does not exclude you from acting as a mentor to another person. If you are willing to be a mentor, please additionally fill in the "WIMSIG Mentor Expression of Interest" form at https://forms.gle/ifCsscbMNZ1XLmJy9.

The answers that you provide in this form will be used to match you with an appropriate mentor. Your responses will be read by members of the WIMSIG Mentoring Program Committee, prospective mentors and, possibly, the WIMSIG Executive Committee, but will otherwise be kept confidential. Please note that mentors are subject to availability, and filling in this form does not guarantee that you will be placed into a mentoring pairing.

Responses must be submitted by Friday 25 June to be considered for inclusion into the program.
