Die Zimmer im Anemos Suites werden nur einmal täglich von Montag bis Samstag außer sonntags gereinigt.
Sonntags wird auf Wunsch des jeweiligen Gastes gereinigt.
In allen unseren Unterkünften werden die Bettwäsche einmal pro Woche und die Handtücher zweimal pro Woche gewechselt.
  Bitte verwenden Sie Ihre Zimmerhandtücher nicht am Strand oder am Pool.
   Zimmerhandtücher können auf Anfrage gegen Aufpreis gewechselt werden.
Wir müssen darauf hinweisen, dass Schäden oder Verlust in Rechnung gestellt werden

Le camere Anemos Suites vengono pulite solo una volta al giorno Dal lunedì al sabato esclusa la domenica.
La domenica viene pulita su richiesta del rispettivo ospite.
Le lenzuola vengono cambiate una volta a settimana e gli asciugamani vengono cambiati due volte a settimana in tutti i nostri alloggi.
  Si prega di non utilizzare gli asciugamani della camera in spiaggia o in piscina.

Anemos suites  is nested at the north side of the magnificent island of Crete just few meters from the famous and  very popular beach of karteros and 6 km east from Heraklion airport.
As the fact that the hotel is located in a area of  Karteros  will help you a lot, as you get instant access to bus station and to everything you will probably need. Very close to the hotel you will find  mini markets from which you can obtain the necessary supplies, cafes to enjoy a coffee, restaurants for delicious meals with your loved ones.

The hotel has apartments and studios, located in two separate buildings which overlook one another. All rooms have 3 - 4 beds and fully equipped kitchenette. Our swimming pool, play ground and private parking are at your disposal. Breakfast is offered upon request, at Anemos Garden restaurant.
The apartments accommodate up to four  persons , the studios up to four three  and at all rooms provide a range of facilities, such as fully equipped kitchenette, small fridge,free  air conditioning, free internet, safe-deposit box, T.V., hair dryer, bathtub in the bathroom, baby cot upon request.
The rooms are cleaned daily, sheets and towels are changed twice a week.

Studios
In the spacious two-room studios (app.28 m²) the living room is visually separated from the main bedroom by curtain . When entering, you find the living room ( single bed), the bathroom , the full equipment kitchen with small table , and a T.V. set . The master bedroom  , has double  bed . All studios have spacious balconies overlooking the garden -some of them the sea, also. Ground floor studios are preferred by families with small children, due to their convenient access to the pool and beach.

Apartments
The two-room apartments (app.37 m²) in the building near the reception, combine contemporary design and elegant furniture. They consist of a separate bedroom (one double bed ) , a living room (two single beds , T.V., kitchenette, bathroom. They are suitable for families or groups of four. The apartments on the first floor have a balcony overlooking the pool -or sea. Those on the ground floor, overlooking the garden, are preferred by families with children due to the ease of transition to the pool and garden they provide.

Deluxe Sea View Double Bed Room
The  Panorama  Deluxe sea view double bed rooms (app.22 m²) are naturally lighted, airy and specious. They are furnished with wooden features . The Deluxe sea view double bed rooms on the second  floor have a big  balcony overlooking the Cretan Sea !
The  rooms are equipped with, Hairdryer, flat sat-TV, Air-conditioning, mini fridge,  shower and  balcony ..Our comfort Deluxe sea view rooms  offers a panoramic view at the deep blue Cretan Sea.  For the new summer season guarantees a pleasant stay in a very friendly atmosphere.

 Cleaning program -
 Anemos Suites rooms are only cleaned once a day on request of the respective guest.
 Bed linen changed once a week and towels are changed twice a week in all of our accommodations.
 Please don’t use your room towels at the beach or swimming pool .

Of course, we open again after a very specific hygiene and cleaning protocol. Below you will find all the details about your stay with us and which templates we all adhere to so that you can spend a healthy and unforgettable holiday in Crete.
The management and all members of our team work to ensure that all preventive measures comply with the guidelines of the World Health Organization and EODY. These have been developed to protect against viruses, including COVID-19, and range from hand washing hygiene to the usual cleaning procedure for our accommodation areas and rooms.

Our team cleans all hosting areas strictly according to the cleaning, hygiene and disinfection protocols. These logs include:

1. Disinfectant distributors and disposable masks - In the entrance area of ​​our facility, disinfectant distributors are available to our guests free of charge.
2. Cleaning the accommodations - To ensure better protection against potential viruses and Covid-19, extensive new cleaning procedures are used. Every time you change visitors, the rooms are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before your arrival. The most frequently used areas, such as bathrooms and kitchens, and items such as TV remote controls, door knobs and electrical switches, are treated and disinfected with special care. In the case of an infected guest In the event of a COVID-19 infected in one of our accommodations, we will immediately contact the appropriate health authority to report the incident and receive instructions on the steps to be followed by both the sick visitor and his partner. We will conduct an additional protocol for cleaning and disinfecting the public areas of the hotel, as well as those areas that we know the guest was staying during our stay with us. In addition, we seal the guest's room (e.g. prevents employees or other people from entering) and carry out a log to restore the room, with which everything in the room is disinfected.

2. Reinigung der Unterkünfte - Um einen besseren Schutz vor potenziellen Viren und Covid-19 zu gewährleisten, werden umfangreiche neue Reinigungsverfahren eingesetzt. Bei jedem Besucherwechsel werden die Zimmer vor Ihrer Ankunft gründlich gereinigt und desinfiziert. Die am häufigsten verwendeten Bereiche, wie Badezimmer und Küchen, und Gegenstände, wie TV-Fernbedienungen, Türknäufe und elektrische Schalter, werden mit besonderer Sorgfalt behandelt und desinfiziert. Desinfektion von Vorhängen mit Dampfreiniger (Temperatur> 70 ° C) vor jeder neuen Ankunft. Unser Management arbeitet täglich daran, dass die neuesten Hygienerichtlinien eingehalten werden. Die Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsmaßnahmen unserer Unterkunft zielen auf eine Vielzahl von Viren ab, einschließlich COVID-19, und reichen von Standardwasch- und Körperpflegeprodukten bis hin zu Gästezimmern und öffentlichen Bereichen unseres Hotel.
 
Im Fall eines infizierten Gastes
 
Im Falle eines COVID-19-Infizierten in einer unserer Unterkünfte kontaktieren wir umgehend die entsprechende Gesundheitsbehörde, um den Vorfall zu melden und Anweisungen zu den Schritten zu erhalten, die sowohl vom erkrankten Besucher als auch für seinen Partner zu befolgen sind.
 
Wir führen ein zusätzliches Protokoll zur Reinigung und Desinfektion der öffentlichen Bereiche des Hotels durch sowie der Bereiche, von denen wir wissen, dass sich der Gast dort aufgehalten hat, während seines Aufenthaltes bei uns.
 
Zudem versiegeln wir das Zimmer des Gastes (z. B. verhindert das Betreten von Mitarbeitern oder anderen Personen) und führen ein Protokoll zur Wiederherstellung des Zimmers durch, mit dem alles im Zimmer desinfiziert wird.

Φυσικά ακολουθώντας ένα πολύ συγκεκριμένο πρωτόκολλο υγιεινής και καθαρισμού. Θα βρείτε όλες τις λεπτομέρειες παρακάτω για το πώς θα σας καλωσορίσουμε και ποια πρότυπα θα ακολουθήσουμε όλοι μαζί για να έχετε υγιείς και αξέχαστες διακοπές στην Κρήτη.
 
Η διεύθυνση και όλα τα μέλη της ομάδας μας εργάζονται για να διασφαλίσουν ότι όλα τα μέτρα πρόληψης είναι σύμφωνα με την καθοδήγηση του Παγκόσμιου Οργανισμού Υγείας και του ΕΟΔΥ. Αυτά έχουν σχεδιαστεί για την αντιμετώπιση των ιών, συμπεριλαμβανομένου του COVID-19, και περιλαμβάνουν, από την υγιεινή του πλυσίματος των χεριών έως το δωμάτιο και τις κοινές διαδικασίες καθαρισμού των χώρων των καταλυμάτων μας.
 
Η ομάδα μας διεξάγει αυστηρά τον καθαρισμό όλων των χώρων φιλοξενίας ακολουθώντας επιμελώς τα πρωτόκολλα καθαρισμού, υγιεινής και απολύμανσης. Αυτά τα πρωτόκολλα περιλαμβάνουν:
Τακτική εκπαίδευση των εργαζομένων μας σε θέματα υγιεινής.
Σαφώς καθιερωμένους κύκλους καθαρισμού και απολύμανσης σε όλα τα σημεία.
Εμφανή τοποθέτηση συσκευών απολύμανσης χεριών.
Συχνό καθαρισμό και πλύση των πολυσύχναστων χώρων και των επιφανειών συχνής αφής.
Άμεση ανταπόκριση σε έκτακτο καθαρισμό.

Οργάνωση Ξενοδοχείου
1) Κοινωνικές αποστάσεις (social distancing)
Στους κοινόχρηστους χώρους, όπως την υποδοχή του ξενοδοχείου μας, όλα τα μέλη της ομάδας μας θα κρατούν αποστάσεις 1,5 έως 2 μέτρων μεταξύ αυτών και των επισκεπτών.
2) Check-in & Check-out
Το check-in θα γίνεται από της 3 μ.μ. και έπειτα και το check-out έως της 11 π.μ. για να διασφαλίζεται ότι μεταξύ διαφορετικών πελατών το δωμάτιο ή το σπίτι θα καθαρίζεται και απολυμαίνεται επιμελώς, καθώς και ότι ακολουθείται επαρκής φυσικός αερισμός των χώρων.
3) Πρόγραμμα προσωπικού καθαριότητας
Τα δωμάτιά μας στο Anemos suites , για όσο καιρό φιλοξενούν επισκέπτες, θα καθαρίζονται κατόπιν αιτήματος από τον πελάτη μια φορά την εβδομάδα. Τα κλινοσκεπάσματα θα αλλάζονται μια φορά την εβδομάδα .
4) Υποδοχή (reception)
Η υποδοχή μας στο Anemos suites  θα είναι ανοιχτή καθημερινά από της 9 π.μ. έως της 23:59 . με όλα τα απαραίτητα μέτρα υγιεινής.
5) Επίσκεψη μη διαμενόντων
Απαγορεύεται η είσοδος μη διαμενόντων σε όλα τα δωμάτια .

Υγιεινή και απολύμανση

1) Προσθήκη διανεμητών απολύμανσης & μάσκες μιας χρήσης
Στην είσοδο του Anemos suites  θα υπάρχει διανεμητής απολύμανσης  για όλους τους πελάτες μας.
2) Καθαρισμός δωματίου
Θα εφαρμοστούν εκτενείς νέες πρακτικές καθαρισμού για την καλύτερη δυνατή προστασία έναντι πιθανών ιών και Covid-19.
Ενδελεχής καθαρισμός δωματίων πριν από την άφιξή σας και θα ισχύουν τα ίδια έντονα πρωτόκολλα καθαρισμού κατά την αλλαγή κάθε επισκέπτη.
Οι περιοχές που χρησιμοποιούνται πιο συχνά, όπως μπάνια, και οι περισσότερες συσκευές όπως τηλεχειριστήρια τηλεόρασης, πόμολα και ηλεκτρικοί διακόπτες θα λάβουν ιδιαίτερη προσοχή και απολύμανση.
Απολύμανση κουρτινών με ατμοκαθαριστή (θερμοκρασία >70°C) πριν από την άφιξη κάθε επισκέπτη
Η καμαριέρα που είναι υπεύθυνη για την καθαριότητα του δωματίου σας θα φορά πάντα μάσκα, γάντια και πριν εισέλθει στο δωμάτιό σας θα απολυμαίνει τα υποδήματά της.
3) Κοινόχρηστοι χώροι
Έχουμε αυξήσει τη συχνότητα καθαρισμού και απολύμανσης σε κοινόχρηστους χώρους, με έμφαση στον πάγκο της ρεσεψιόν και τα κοινόχρηστα μπάνια. Όλοι οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι απολυμαίνονται τακτικά.
Στους χώρους όπου εργάζεται το προσωπικό μας, αυξάνουμε τη συχνότητα καθαρισμού και εστιάζουμε σε περιοχές υψηλής αφής, όπως εισόδους, αποσκευές και γραφεία προσωπικού.
 
Λαμβάνουμε πολύ σοβαρά τα πρότυπα υγιεινής και καθαριότητας και λαμβάνουμε μέτρα για να διασφαλίσουμε την ασφάλεια των επισκεπτών και των συνεργατών μας.
 
Η διεύθυνση και όλο το προσωπικό μας παρακολουθεί εκ του σύνεγγυς τις δηλώσεις των Κέντρων Ελέγχου και Πρόληψης Νοσημάτων (CDC) και του Παγκόσμιου Οργανισμού Υγείας σχετικά με τον κορονοϊό (COVID-19).
 
Σε καθημερινή βάση, η διεύθυνσή μας εργάζεται για να διασφαλίσει ότι πληροί τις τελευταίες οδηγίες για την υγιεινή και τον καθαρισμό από τις αρμόδιες αρχές. Τα μέτρα υγείας και ασφάλειας των καταλυμάτων μας έχουν σχεδιαστεί για την αντιμετώπιση ενός ευρέος φάσματος ιών, συμπεριλαμβανομένου του COVID-19, και περιλαμβάνουν από προδιαγραφές προϊόντων υγιεινής πλυσίματος και προσωπικής υγιεινής έως τα δωμάτια επισκεπτών και τους κοινόχρηστους χώρους του ξενοδοχείου μας.


Περίπτωση Κρούσματος στον χώρο μας

Σε περίπτωση κρούσματος COVID-19 , συνεργαζόμαστε αμέσως με τις αρμόδιες υγειονομικές αρχές για να αναφέρουμε το γεγονός και να λάβουμε καθοδήγηση σχετικά με τα βήματα που πρέπει να ακολουθηθούν τόσο για τους επισκέπτες όσο και για τους συνεργάτες σας.
 
Αναλαμβάνουμε ένα πρόσθετο πρωτόκολλο καθαρισμού και απολύμανσης των κοινόχρηστων χώρων του ξενοδοχείου, καθώς και των περιοχών που γνωρίζουμε ότι ήταν ο επισκέπτης κατά τη διάρκεια της διαμονής του.
 
Επιπλέον, το ξενοδοχείο θα σφραγίζει το δωμάτιο του επισκέπτη (π.χ., εμποδίζοντας την είσοδο από το προσωπικό ή άλλους) και θα αναλαμβάνει ένα πρωτόκολλο ανάκτησης δωματίου που έχει σχεδιαστεί για να απολυμάνει τα πάντα στο δωμάτιο.
