※お一人様一回のフォーム記入にご協力ください。
※複数回記入者は最新の記入内容でのご案内となります。
※本名と疑わしい受講者名前の方に身分証やパスポートのご提示をいただく場合がございます。
※2021年以前に奇数月の参加月の方は翌月偶数月の更新となります。
例：2021年3月参加→2022年4月更新、
※アニメ私塾受講中は更新が不要です
例：2021年度アニメ私塾受講中→2022年3月末日までネット村参加権がある

Precautions
* Please cooperate in filling out the form once per person.
* For those who fill in multiple times, we will guide you with the latest entry contents.
* You may be asked to show your ID and passport to the student whose real name is suspicious.
* If you participate in odd-numbered months before 2021, it will be renewed in even-numbered months the following month.
Example: Participated in March 2021 → Updated in April 2022,
* No need to update while attending Anime Private School
Example: Taking the 2021 Anime Private School → You have the right to participate in the online village until the end of March 2022
