RELEASE: (1) I grant Persimmon Lane Photography, LLC, rights and permission to use and/or publish all media captured during the session, including my likeness. Some basic examples of advertising/marketing might include (but is not limited to) photographs being shown on websites, business cards, flyers, or other promotional material as an endorsement of services. The Client hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Photographer may modify, change, or alter such images without restriction. (examples may include, cropping photos, adding text overlays, converting from color to black/white, etc). (2) The Client consents to the use of the Client’s own name, or any fictitious name, which may be chosen in connection with the aforesaid photographs. (3) The Client hereby waives any right to inspect and/or approve the photographs or any advertising copy that may be used in connection therewith or the use to which it may be applied, though photographer will use professional discretion with regard to photographs chosen. (4) The Client further acknowledges that the Client will not be compensated, either now or at any time in the future, for any use of the photographs. (5) Client agrees that any scenario that occurs with regard to use of the photos that they will contact the Photographer immediately. *
