The Massachusetts Renaissance Faire is looking forward to reopening in 2022 for one weekend at Cummington Fairgrounds in Cummington, MA!

- August 6th and 7th (Sunday the 7th will be Pet Day!)

Vendors must check-in between 12:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. Friday, August 5th.
Vendors are expected to be open from 10 a.m. - 7 p.m. on Saturday and 10 a.m. - 7 p.m. on Sunday

**This is for screening purposes only. A welcome packet with rules, contract, deposit info, insurance info, etc. will be sent once we have accepted your application.**

- Rate is $200 downpayment to secure your spot (which pays for booking and your $40 vendor permit) and then 10% of total sales minus the $200 fee.

- All food vendors must have a minimum $1 million general liability insurance policy. Vendors must submit proof of insurance no later than June 30, 2022.

- Registration includes a tent camping space on the grounds or at nearby Tolgy Wood: Chesterfield Camp. Vendors may also sleep in their vending tent.

- RV camping spaces (with water and electric hookups, though no sewage) are available for an additional $100 fee (per weekend).

- 𝐓𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐦𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐛𝐞 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐍𝐅𝐏𝐀 𝟕𝟎𝟏 fire code as per town regulations.

-The Town of Cummington requires that each food vendor purchase a permit to sell in the town. The cost of this permit is $40 and is included with your deposit (may be included in the same payment).
