The Massachusetts Renaissance Faire is excited to announce that we will be running for one weekend again this year at Cummington Fairgrounds in Cummington, MA!  

DATES
-August 6th and 7th (Sunday the 7th will be Pet Day!)

Vendors must set up between 12:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. Friday, August 5th.
Vendors are expected to be open from 10 a.m. - 7 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. - 7 p.m. Sunday

**𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐲 𝟏𝐬𝐭**
   

𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐎𝐍𝐄 𝐖𝐄𝐄𝐊𝐄𝐍𝐃:
1. Tent (16x16 or 11.5x20 feet): $240 for first lot. Each subsequent lot is $60.
2. Craft Barn (10x12-foot lot) (locks at 7pm on Saturday nights): $330*. Each subsequent lot is $210
3. Individual roll-down booth with lockable door (10x12-foot booth): $360*.
4. Long Barn - (10x12-foot lot) (this barn does not lock): $300*. Each subsequent lot is $250
     *Electricity included in price (in Craft Barn, Long Barn, and Individual Roll-Down Booths)

The Town of Cummington requires that each VENDOR purchase a permit to sell in the town. The cost of this permit is $20 and is included with the above booth fee. This permit is good for an entire year. Your permit will be given to you with your check-in information.

VENDORS that cannot provide proof of their own insurance will need to be covered by MARKET insurance for a fee of $70. You must opt into MARKET insurance by July 1st if you cannot provide your own proof of insurance before then.

- The registration price includes the admission fee for up to 2 people. Each additional vendor in your group must pay the regular admission fee for the weekend.
- Registration includes a tent camping space on the grounds or at nearby Tolgy Wood: Chesterfield Camp. Vendors may also sleep in their vending tent.
- RV camping spaces (with water and electric hookups, though no sewage) are available for an additional $100 fee (per weekend).  
- Tents must be fire rated with 𝐍𝐅𝐏𝐀 𝟕𝟎𝟏 fire code as per town regulations.
