What are the questions, if any, on your mind on the theme?
How did you find out about the space? *
We want to understand a channel for outreach that works best for our participants.
If you are struggling with mental and/or emotional health issues or facing  a psychological crisis you need to seek professional help from a psychotherapist, psychologist or a trained counsellor. The practices that you encounter in the Nurturing Zone, promote well-being and preventive care but are not sufficient to address severe mental and/or emotional distress.   *
