捐血的注意事项

合格的捐献者：
1. 有健康的身体 （没有任何健康问题）
2. 合格年龄
    未捐过血：17-60岁
    曾捐过血：17-70岁
  *61-70岁 人士 必须有每年的身体检查
   *17岁 必须有父母/监护人的许可信

3. 体重需在45kg或以上
4. 捐血之前必须有最少5小时的睡眠
5. 没有服用药物
6. 捐血前4个以内需有进食（健康的饮食）
7. 纹身/纹眉6个月后
8.新冠病毒复原10天后

9. 没有涉及任何高风险活动，比如：
    - 同性恋关系
    - 双性恋关系
    - 商业性关系
    - 频繁的换性伴侣
    - 注射毒品
    - 以上人群的伴侣

10. 上一次捐血必须在三个月以前
11. 女捐血者：没有怀孕，没有在喂母乳，不在经期 （在经期的女性必须第三天以后才可以做捐血）

12. 携带原文件：
    - 身份证
    - 驾照
    - 工作证（附带身份证号码&照片）
    - 学生证（附带身份证号码&照片）
    - 护照（外国居民）
    - 工作准证（附带护照号码&照片）
    - 捐血记录本子（曾捐血过）

13. 外国人：需居住在马来西亚超过1年&拥有固定居住地址

Blood Donation Criteria

Eligible Donors:
1. Have a healthy body (without any health problems)
2. Eligibility age
    New Donors: 17-60 years old
    Regular Donors: 17-70 years old
  *People aged 61-70 Requires a yearly health screening
   *17 years old require parent's or guardian written consent

3. Weight must be 45kg or above
4. At least 5 hours of sleep before donation
5. Not taking medication (Hypertension/High Blood Pressure Medication pls contact our hotline)
6. Taken a meal within 4 hours before donation (healthy diet)
7. At least 6 months interval after tatoo/eyebrow embroidery
8.10 days after recovery from COVID

9. Not involved in any high-risk activities such as:
    - Homosexual relationship
    - Bisexual relationship
    - Commercial sex relationship
    - Multiple sexual partner
    - Drug abuse (intravenous)
    - Sexual contact with those mentioned above

10. Interval of at least 3 months from your last donation
11. Female blood donors: not pregnant, not breastfeeding, not menstruation (if you are menstruation you can only donate blood after the third day menses)

12. Bring original documents:
    - ID card
    - drving license
    - Work permit (with ID number & photo)
    - Student ID (with ID number & photo)
    - Passport (Foreign Resident)
    - Work Pass (with passport number & photo)
    - Blood Donation Record Booklet (Have donated blood before)

13. Foreigners: must have lived in Malaysia for more than 1 year & have a fixed residential address
