CWRU Music Building Access Request
Use this form to request CARD SWIPE/AFTER-HOURS access to CWRU Music buildings. Please allow 1-3 business days to process your request (not including Sat/Sun).

Individuals who qualify for card swipe access:
- CWRU Music faculty, staff and students (majors)
- CWRU Students (minors/non-majors) enrolled in secondary applied music lessons (MUAP)
- CWRU Students (minors/non-majors) enrolled in ensembles (MUEN)
- CWRU Student Organizations (university student groups with an affiliation to the Department of Music)
- Affiliate Members (community members in ensembles, accompanists, piano techs, contractors, student staff)

CWRU Music faculty and students (majors) are automatically activated for card swipe access to music buildings each academic year.

Students who require LOCKBOX access to Harkness Chapel/Classroom, the Haydn Hall HPP studios (HY 15 + 19) or Computer Lab (HY 16), or controlled rooms/storage areas in Denison Hall should complete the Responsible Use & Security Awareness Agreement.
