主講人：Lakeisha Mathews
Lakeisha Mathews 為2022-2023年度現任國際生涯發展學會（NCDA）主席，
同時亦為巴爾的摩大學職發中心主任及Right Resumes & Career Coaching, LLC負責人。
專業領域涵蓋多元族群輔導與政府政策推動，具豐富的弱勢青年就業輔導經驗，
不僅作為"Student-Center"職業服務法的倡導者之一，更長期提供弱勢青年免費就業技能培訓，
並與市政府青年工作計畫合作以協助高危青年就業。
Lakeisha於2016年出版著作《Find your Fit》探討職業生涯發展主題，並致力於分享大學發展中心管理及學生/青年職涯輔導相關主題。

Speaker：Lakeisha Mathews
Lakeisha Mathews is the current President of the National Career Development Association (NCDA) for the 2022-2023, as well as the Director of the Career Development Center at the University of Baltimore and the owner of Right Resumes & Career Coaching, LLC. Her professional areas of expertise include counseling for diverse populations and government policy advocacy, with extensive experience in providing job counseling to disadvantaged youth. She is not only an advocate for the "Student-Centered" approach to career services, but also provides free job skills training to disadvantaged youth, and collaborates with the city government's youth employment program to assist high-risk youth in finding employment.
In 2016, Lakeisha published the book "Find Your Fit" on the topic of career development, and is dedicated to sharing topics related to university development center management and student/youth career counseling.
