Kumusta FSA!

To become an official member of FSA, you must complete the following membership form and pay membership fees. Here are the dates for the early / late registration:

EARLY REGISTRATION: $22 by September 23rd (includes member shirt)
LATE REGISTRATION: $25 starting September 24th (member shirt NOT guaranteed)

You will not be put into a pamilya unless you pay your dues AND complete this form. If you register late, you will still be able to join a pamilya but you will NOT be announced at the Pam Reveal on the 2nd General Meeting. We will let you know which pamilya you are in after the meeting.

Payments will be accepted through cash or our Venmo (@UTD-FSA) using the format (First and Last Name, Net ID, #DUES). If you are paying in cash, please DM our instagram (@fsautd) so we know beforehand. If you have any questions or concerns regarding payments or membership, feel free to ask any officer or send a message to our instagram!
