【特式雞尾酒 Milk Punch】
有沒有想過在派對中製作雞尾酒，但往往不是要用到專業器材或材料繁多，便是嫌只能做出如Screwdriver等低層次的成品而打消念頭呢？
這回《書中自有好味道》，我們一於跟着《Liquid Intelligence》中教授的奶洗法(Milk Washing)作出一杯Milk Punch，以牛奶加酸去澄清酒體、令口感更圓滑。是否聽起來已經很厲害呢？請立即報名，為你的派對製作出一杯好酒吧！

【Read & Cook: Milk Punch】
Have you ever thought of making cocktails in a party to impress other people, but then you gave up because you realized that you need tons of special equipment or all you could have done was just some simple drinks like Screwdriver?
Don't worry! Let's make a Milk Punch this time! (It does sound very cool!)
In this Read & Cook, our curator Andy Dark will show you how to make a Milk Punch, following the milk washing method from Liquid Intelligence, a book about the art and science of making delicious cocktails. Sign up now and stop making ordinary drinks!
