Camp transfers are subject to availability; space isn't guaranteed.
Change requests must be made up to 30 days before the camp program begins.
Fee differences will be charged in full once the request is processed.
Initially, one free camp transfer is allowed per family.
Subsequent transfers incur a $15 change processing fee per request.
Overpaid fees result in a credit to your NYSA account.
An email confirmation and receipt (if applicable) will be sent after processing your request.
Complete the Camp Transfer Request Form for transfers.
Separate forms are needed for changes for each child.
