Transfer Policy
- Camp transfers are subject to availability; space isn't guaranteed.
- Change requests must be made up to 30 days before the camp program begins.
- Fee differences will be charged in full once the request is processed.
- Initially, one free camp transfer is allowed per family.
- Subsequent transfers incur a $15 change processing fee per request.
- Overpaid fees result in a credit to your NYSA account.
- An email confirmation and receipt (if applicable) will be sent after processing your request.
- Complete the Camp Transfer Request Form for transfers.
- Separate forms are needed for changes for each child.
