• Temperature will be check throughout the course of the trip.

• The itinerary may change due to weather, traffic, or other unexpected events.
• This is a private trip, payment details will be sent out once minimum numbers have been met.
• By signing up you are committing to the trip. If you have to withdraw for some reason you will be responsible for your share of the costs. You are welcome to find a replacement traveller to take your spot.
• There is no commercial travel agent insurance available on this trip so you must have your own health insurance and responsible for your own health and safety on the trip.
• Please do not join if you are running a fever at the time of the trip.

13 - 7 days before the trip: 40% of trip cost
6 - 3 days before the trip: 50% of trip cost
2 days before the trip: 100% of trip cost
No show: 100% of trip cost
