Week 3 "The Long Walk" -  OPEN 
This form is for those NOT on a May Challenge Team

Use this form to Submit your Bonus Challenge Points for week 3's challenge  "The Long Walk." 

Mileage is based on the last whole mile you completed in a single continuous time period (including any short breaks of 10 minutes or less) within 24 hours.
  • If your longest ruck or run in a 24-hour period took 3 hours, enter the miles you achieved in that time.
  • If you rucked/ran 2 miles in the morning, then 3 miles at lunch, and 5 miles in the evening, you would enter "5" for your mileage (not 10) since 5 was the mileage achieved in a single stretch. 
  • Small breaks are expected, but don't sum multiple miles achieved several non-continuous time periods.

If you walked or ran with no weight, enter 0.
Otherwise, enter the weight (or average weight if you changed it over the course of the ruck) you carried. 
Just like in the regular daily scores, your challenge score will be (100 × miles) + (weight × miles).
So if you rucked 10 miles with 30 pounds, your score would be 1300 (100 × 10) + (30 × 10).
