New this year are weekly 'Challenges.' These will be run as mini challenges and scored into your May Challenge Team Score and individually scored for those training for different goals.
Week 1: "All about the points" - This IPC style challenge is a 45 min timed workout to maximize your points
Week 2: "Low Carb Fast" - 24, 48, or 72hr Electrolyte Water-Only fast! No coffee, no broth, no add-in flavors.
Week 3: "The Long Walk" - 2x points for up-to 24hrs. Thinking ultra rucking.
Week 4: "The Murph" - 3 total classes
Bonus: "Social Media" - Make a great video, tag #F3MayChallenge, catch our eye and we'll award you 1k extra points to each team member.
