Thank you for your interest in the 3rd Shifting Seasons Summit hosted by the College of Menominee Nation (CMN). This Google Form serves as your individual registration. As part of your registration, we ask that you share some information about yourself so that we can shape the curriculum to best meet your needs. Responses to this questionnaire will only be shared with instructors and planners for the summit and will not be published.
