The 2019 Summer Institute: Tools for Transformation
Each member of your district's team(s) must individually complete the application below by Wednesday, May 1st.

Please note, your team's application will be considered when each member of your team has submitted their individual responses.

Sonoma County districts are invited to include 1-2 school teams in the 2019 Summer Institute. Each school team should include 3-6 teachers from the same school site + a site administrator + a district administrator. Your district administrator should submit an "Intent To Apply" form by April 10th, 2019. "Intent to Apply" can be accessed at: https://forms.gle/8tTARt1KxyMsjf7R6.
