Student ROC ACS Undergraduate Travel Grant 2024
Applications are being accepted for the Rochester Section Undergraduate Travel Grant Program. This year, although the Spring National Meeting is being held in-person and virtually, the Local Section is offering grants to undergraduate students attending conferences in 2024 in-person to cover travel-related expenses (flights/lodging).

Registration for the Spring ACS National Meeting being held with a hybrid model from March 17 – 21  is open and will remain open through the end of the meeting. All award winners must be registered and have abstracts accepted for their presentation(s). Registration fees have been set at $99 for students attending in-person. Travel grants will cover up to $600 worth of travel and/or lodging expenses for students attending the meeting in person.
For students seeking funding for the Spring ACS National Meeting, all application materials are due: Feb. 1, 2024.

A completed application contains:

3.) the student applicant must also email their CV to Amber Charlebois (afcharleb@gmail.com)
