The Sauk County Farm Connect Guide has played a continuous and stable role in helping connect community members to fresh produce and farm-fresh products from your farms, gardens, and businesses each year. Extension Sauk County has teamed up with other Sauk County offices to make updates for the 2022 Sauk County Farm Connect Guide.

If you are interested in participating in the 2022 Sauk County Farm Connect Guide, please fill out the updated registration form to update all information for all farms/businesses. Registration can be done through a Google Form, which can be accessed through this link https://forms.gle/8HL8BFNXdNUDPdd96. Hard copy registration forms are available and can be mailed to Extension Sauk County, Attn: Farm Connect Guide, 505 Broadway, Baraboo, WI, 53913 or dropped off in person.  Please have the registration forms completed and to the Extension Sauk County office by March 1st, 2022.

Once the 2022 Sauk County Farm Connect Guide is printed, we will mail a copy to everyone included in the publication. If you would like extra copies, please arrange a time for pick up from the Extension office. Thank you again for your continued support of the Sauk County Farm Connect Guide.
