Join energy worker, Shaman, and sound therapist Jim Red Sky for a sound bath from soothing crystal singing bowls and other instruments.

The sounds of hand drums, gongs, rattles, chimes, bells & crystal singing bowls in the hands of a seasoned energy worker--taught and well-experienced in sound therapy--are a great way to achieve a deeply calmed, balanced, and relaxed state of mind. This helps to release stress, and thereby is conducive to achieving greater states of inner balance, healing, and well-being. If your mood has ever been affected by a particular song or the sounds of nature then Sound Therapy has already entered your life!

Explore your inner self as the room is bathed in therapeutic tones of the 8 Reiki-infused Singing Crystal Bowls, Gongs, Chimes, Medicine Drum, and more.

From 5:30 to 6:45 PM it will be combined with a Yin Yoga class by Calli Blok. Then from 7:00 to 8:00 it will be just a wonderful Sound Bath with Jim.
