Description: Join our Zumba Instructor Tara for a monthly series of dance and cardio hip hop routines, that will get the body moving and the heart pumping! This dance routine will be centered around releasing stress and improving mind and body wellness. Each class will end with a 15 minute guided meditation. All levels of fitness are invited to join.
