WEATHER ISSUES
At any time during the tournament with the unanimous agreement of the tournament director, USA Rep and the tournament UIC, abbreviated procedures may be initiated to allow the tournament to continue to completion. This includes reducing game times to 1 hour, reducing games to 5 innings, or reducing pool play. Teams are asked to provide the tournament director with a cell phone number and contact in order to communicate delays or changes to the tournament.
REFUNDS
If the tournament is shortened due to weather, teams will be entitled to a partial refund based on number of games each team plays. Teams will be notified by e-mail if this occurs. For example, if no games are played the team will be refunded entire fee minus $75.00; if one game is played, the refund will be 50%; 2 games played, no refund will be made.
