*Age 4 Group: We will follow the same age grouping as used in the Posey County Public School system. Pre-Kindergarten children should be age 4 by September 1 of this year.
*High School/Confirmation: Complete this form for High School Religious Ed held at the parish. 10th grade students participating in the Confirmation preparation program need to fill out this separate Confirmation registration form as well>>
