This form is your application to Scotbotics. You don't have to answer each question but the more you answers you put in, the more likely you'll be accepted.
A little information about our team and the robot competitions:
We
are team # 3873 in the FIRST Tech Challenge, an international robotics
competition (as well as being Piedmont's robotics club). Each year we
compete in a different robotics challenge, and are challenged to design
and build a functioning robot in just a few months. It is a fun and
rewarding experience, but can also be exhausting and difficult.
Our
team is a time commitment. Be prepared to spend up to 7 hours each week
working on the robot. Our main commitment is in the fall and winter,
but some meetings do take place in the spring.
