Survey - Evaluation of national and subnational governments contribution to climate change adaptation
Welcome!

Thank you for considering participating in this survey by the Adaptation Working Group of the GlobalABC.

Context:
In 2023, the Adaptation Working Group of the GlobalABC will produce a report on the Evaluation of Contribution to Climate Change Adaptation of all stakeholders along the value chain of the Buildings and Construction sector.
To assess the contribution of National and Subnational Governments to Adaptation to Climate Change, the group needs to conduct a short survey.
The survey will address the framework for conducting adaptation in the selected country’s policies, consideration on the systemic integration of adaptation in policies concerning the buildings and construction value chain, and what levers are specific to National and Subnational Governments when it comes to climate change adaptation.

Goal:
We aim to understand how national and local governments integrate adaptation to climate change into their own policies and project:
  • what processes are in place;
  • how they monitor their own progress;
  • set their own goals; and
  • what metrics they use to monitor their contribution to climate change adaptation.

Target audience:
  • National or subnational government officials working in climate change policy, adaptation policy, ecology policy; or
  • National or subnational (semi) governmental agencies officials working in the same policies areas; or
  • National or subnational government consultants working in the same policies areas.
Please consider sharing this survey further to expand its outreach:

Time required: 15 to 20 minutes.
This survey consists of 1 introduction, 4 questions, 1 conclusion.

Deadline: June 12th 2023.

Output:
Answers will be anonymised. A feedback summary of the results of this survey will be communicated to respondents in April and its findings will serve as the basis for the redaction of the relevant part of our report to be published in November.

A pdf version of the survey is available here. This version is for information only. Please fill in the survey online.
