We will be using the Konstella platform as our primary means of communication. Have you downloaded Konstella and added your name to your child's new classroom? If not, please go to this link to sign up. *
Please indicate potential interest in the following year-round volunteer roles.

Room Representative: organize classroom parties (about 4-5 for the year), Teacher Appreciation Week, submit class photos for the yearbook

Project Cornerstone: character education program- lead a book reading and an activity in your child's classroom once a month. Books and training provided.

Yearbook Committee: event photographers, organize cover contest, promote yearbook sales, assist with yearbook page layouts

Communications Committee: help design flyers or posters for events, compose PTA announcements, assist with social media postings

Fundraising Committee: organize Spiritwear (school clothing) sales, solicit businesses for silent auction items, organize Read-a-thon fundraiser, set up and promote restaurant fundraisers
Family Events cannot happen without a planning team! Please let us know if you are interested in joining these committees. Planning begins approximately 1-2 months ahead of each event. If we do not get a committee, we may need to cancel the event.
Volunteer Certification
In order to volunteer on campus at Stocklmeir, you must: 
  1. Complete a CUSD Volunteer Information Agreement- SUBMIT NEW FORM ONLINE EVERY YEAR
  2. Complete a Fingerprinting/Criminal Background check- ONLY NEEDED ONCE WHILE IN CUSD
  3. Provide proof of a negative TB test or TB Risk Assessment Form signed by a health care provider EVERY 4 YEARS
