ASPIRE
ERC defines "conflict resolution" as a safe way to informally
address an issue or concern that two or more parties use to find a mutually
acceptable solution to their dispute, that is in no way related to a Title
IX* related incident.
Form submissions will be sent directly to Carolyn K Campbell and will be shared with the ASPIRE Advocates
Team. If reported behavior is about a member of the ASPIRE Advocates Team, the
form will not be sent to that member.
Some
members of the ASPIRE ERC are designated as reporting employees by their
university, which means they must report all information they receive
about sexual harassment or misconduct or incidents of sexual harassment or
misconduct about which they have knowledge to the applicable Title IX office or
designee.
