ASPIRE Title IX Related Issue Report E-Form

Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 is a federal law that prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex in education programs or activities operated by recipients of federal financial assistance to include sexual harassment and sexual violence.  Complaints or allegations of sex discrimination, sexual harassment (including sexual violence), or sexual misconduct will be handled by the Title IX program within Institutional Compliance or a designee.

Some members of the ASPIRE ERC are designated as reporting employees by their university, which means they must report all information they receive about sexual harassment or misconduct or incidents of sexual harassment or misconduct about which they have knowledge to the applicable Title IX office or designated Title IX representatives.
