The Millard North Booster Club raises money through activities throughout the year to support our student clubs/activities/sports. Please use this form to request support for your organization.
*The request will be reviewed by MNHS Administration prior to consideration by the Mustang Booster Club.

Mustang Booster Club (MBC) Funds Request Process
- Activity Sponsor submits Funds Request Form
- Request is reviewed by MNHS Administration for initial consideration.
- If not for MBC, MNHS Admin communicates next steps with requester.
- If appropriate to continue for MBC consideration, MNHS Administration shares with MBC Executive Team.
- MBC or MNHS Administration follows up with the requestor for additional information, if needed.
- If a decision is made to fund partially or fully by MBC
- MBC Treasurer coordinates funds transfer.
- MBC Board member communicates final decision with requester.
- If a decision is made not to fund the request, MBC or MNHS Admin will communicate the decision based on applicable details.
